February is I Love to Read Month at Brimhall. There will be many special events all month long. Yesterday we partipcated in D.E.A.R. (Drop Everything and Read) with the rest of the school.
Yesterday we started learning all about dinosaurs. Today we compared and contrasted herbivore dinosaurs and carnivore dinosaurs.
This afternoon in math we practiced measuring longer and shorter. Students worked with a partner to do a very fun cotton ball competition. Each partner threw a cotton ball and then students had to figure out who's went shorter and who's went longer.
