Today was a busy day for us in Mrs. Mohamed's class!! All week long in guided reading we have been practicing partner plays. This morning students had a chance to perform their plays for each other. They did a GREAT job!
We spent the rest of the morning writing our final drafts of diamond poems we had written about the sun.
First, students used felt tip pens to write their poems in their best handwriting...
Then, students worked hard to create their own sun collages to illustrate their poems...

This afternoon we attended the whole school March for Others Assembly. Throughout the month of March Brimhall students have been collecting food, school supplies, and toiletries for the Roseville Area High School food shelf. As a school we collected over 1,800 items!!
