We've been busy since the first week of school!!
Last week we read the book A My Name is Alice by Jane Bayer. Students practiced using markers to color their names and glue to decorate the first letter of their names.
On Monday, students made the self-portrait projects. They did a great job!!
Last week we also learned about bus safety and made these buses!
We spent some time talking about our hopes and dreams for the school year. Each student made a cloud that showed what he/she hopes to learn in kindergarten!
Yesterday we read the book Lacey Walker, Nonstop Talker by Christianne C. Jones. We learned about being good listeners. Afterwards students made the awesome owls below!
